We reserve the right to use all photographs in the advertising of our company. We are very concerned about the safety of bystanders and ourselves. If flying conditions are deemed unsafe for any reason, we will not fly until conditions improve to our satisfaction. Weather: Of course for good pictures you need plenty of sun light. Also wind is a factor. Our aircraft are so light we don't like to fly in wind over 10 mph. The aircraft become very hard to handle and it becomes unsafe to fly. Usually the best time to fly is either in the morning or early evening. Aircraft Limitations: Our aircraft fly at low altitude and within a certain range so a single straight-down photo covering an area greater than 100 acres is not possible. We are also limited by the wind as stated above. Natural or man made obstacles: Power lines, high traffic areas, large trees. Highly populated areas, and other factors can cause the pilot to call off the photo shoot for a later date or decline the job entirely. Safety: Safety is always first and utmost. If flying conditions are deemed unsafe for any reason we will simply not fly. FAA Advisory letter AC 91-57 must always be followed and a flight will be canceled if we are not in compliance with FAA .
