Pricing
       A  photo session at your home, business, etc. within a 30 mile radius of Smithtown, NY  will include a minimum of 10 photos taken at various altitudes and angles above a location. We will pick the best  photos and post them here on-line within a few hours. You will be able to view them on a secure private page. The session includes 2  CD-ROMs  which will be mailed to you. Prints from 8" x10" up to as large as 20" x 30" are available at additional cost.  
Commercial:  350.00

            A Commercial Session is one which will be used as part of a business. Examples would be golf courses, Industrial buildings, and construction sites. This includes advertising or direct sales. Reproduction is permissible and the images are licensed to the purchasing agent for that purpose.

 		                           

Real Estate:  Based on percentage of listed price

         Our real estate price structure is based on .05 percent of the listing price. For example a session for a house listed at 450,000 will cost 225.00.     

                          

Residential:  Depends on location, contact us for a quote  

        There is no better way to get a complete view of your home and surrounding property. The photos you receive will be suitable for enlargement and framing. You can also send them to friends and family on the Internet

 

                           
Video:

   Video rates depend largely on the size of the job at hand and on if you want the footage raw or edited. Please contact us for a quote on video prices

Rights to use of high resolution digital photos are as follows:

Resale License: $200.00/year

* Travel further than 30 miles from our location will be billed at 50 cents per mile as indicated via www.mapquest.com. Other travel expenses incurred will be billed with receipts.

 *Builders / Landscape professionals, please contact us for a progressive build phase rate. We reserve the right to use all photographs in the advertising of our company. 

We are very concerned about the safety of bystanders and ourselves. If flying conditions are deemed unsafe for any reason, we will not fly until conditions improve to our satisfaction. 

Weather: Of course for good pictures you need plenty of sun light. Also wind is a factor. Our aircraft are so light we don't like to fly in  wind over 10 mph. The aircraft become very hard to handle and it becomes unsafe to fly. Usually the best time to fly is either in  the morning or early evening.

Aircraft Limitations: Our aircraft fly at low altitude and within a certain range so a single straight-down photo covering an area greater than 100 acres is not possible. We are also limited by the wind as stated above.

Natural or man made obstacles: Power lines, high traffic areas, large trees. Highly populated areas, and other factors can cause the pilot to call off the photo shoot for a later date or decline the job entirely.

Safety: Safety is always first and utmost. If flying conditions are deemed unsafe for any reason we will simply not fly.  FAA Advisory letter AC 91-57 must always be followed and a flight will be canceled if we are not in compliance with FAA .
